In over three decades of service to the community, Dr. West’s medical practice has received numerous awards of excellence, including Best of Gwinnett by Gwinnett Magazine consecutively over the past many years.
Working side by side as a medical team, Dr. West and Monica Bertram, FNP-C provide family medical care for their patients with an emphasis on health and wellness, as well as management of a variety of chronic medical conditions, such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia and diabetes.
